Depending on our aspirations for each property and the company within the group that it has been acquired through, we will either asset manage it and enjoy the income stream for a longer period or work the angles and look to trade the property in the shorter term.

We are always keen to acquire new commercial investments in lot sizes from between £200,000 to £1 million.

We are looking for new retail opportunities, ideally shop and uppers.
