Absko is a well established 20 year old privately owned group of property companies comprising of Absko Ltd, Stirling Properties and Investments, and a Directors Pension Fund and enjoys a reputation for being active and tenacious property investors, imaginative developers and trusted property managers.

We specialise in the property investment market in the South East of the UK but in particular focusing on sites located within close proximity to major regional centres.

Whilst our core business is primarily retail property, “shop and uppers” we also acquire and invest in residential or office opportunities if we see sufficient potential. On occasion we will enter into a JVs with a prospective tenant to operate from our retail premises.

We concentrate on acquiring properties in need of active hands on asset management and sometimes an extensive refurbishment programme or small redevelopment or use changes. Our portfolio is varied and is in excess of £10 million, which produces a significant annual rent roll.

We are always keen to acquire commercial property investment opportunities in lot sizes from between £200,000 to £1.5 million.
